I offer services in two evidence based models, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Eye-Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR). If you are interested in either of these therapies, we can talk about how they may benefit the growth you want to make.
Finding time for self-care in today's fast paced world can be dificult. Teletherapy services are provided to ensure accessibility. We can work together to find time that works for you, while accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home.
